Job Description
At Regions, the Project Manager independently manages projects of medium scale that are significant in scope. Ensures projects remain on time / within budget, certifies project goals and success markers are met. This position collaborates with project teams, functional owners, and project sponsors supporting and executing the full project life cycle to achieve specific business outcomes.
Primary Responsibilities
- Demonstrates through application an understanding of the project management process to assigned roles and tasks
- Develops and manages overall project plans to ensure work is assigned and completed on time
- Supports other project managers and associated delivery work on projects of varying scale
- Works independently to draft project deliverables for review with other Project Managers
- Applies the project management process, tools, and templates to manage medium scale projects
- Maintains ownership during all phases of a project to ensure projects are executed according to plans
- Solicits feedback from supervisor / manager prior to finalizing project related deliverables
- Partners with multi-disciplinary teams across the organization to achieve desired project outcomes
- Provides project and departmental status reporting
- Executes departmental tasks as assigned
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related degreeTwo (2) years of project management experiencePreferences
Project Management Professional (PMP) certificationOne (1) year of banking or financial services experienceSkills and Competencies

Compensation Details
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include : experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.
Job Range Target :
Minimum : $68,311.10 USD
Median : $90,100.00 USD
Incentive Pay Plans : This job is not incentive eligible.
