Claims Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Claims.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the Claims Department to ensure timely processing of medical claims

Oversee production status and ensure quality goals are met while resolving processing / system issues

Assist in budget development and drive change initiatives to meet future business needs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

3+ years of experience in operations management, financial management or claims operations

Two or more years in a supervisory role, including hiring and performance management

Experience in a managed care setting is preferred

Ability to analyze impacts of new implementations and reallocate staff duties as necessary
