_The pay rate for this job is $15 - $15 / hour

• What you'll be doing as a Maintenance Technician :
• Complete assigned work orders for maintenance and repairs across multiple investor-owned properties
• Inspect and accurately report overall property conditions to office leadership
• Communicate promptly about any issues that could affect timelines or job progress
• Travel daily between properties - must provide own transportation
• Work efficiently to maintain quality standards and support accurate investor invoicing
• Use sound judgment, observation, and diagnostic skills
• Available shifts :

Shift Timings : 1st Shift (Day)

• Job requirements :
• Experienced in Property Maintenance
• Perform various repairs on investor properties using work orders
• Able to work independently
• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver's license required
• Must have own vehicle
