Senior Databricks Architect

A company is looking for a Senior Lead Consultant (Databricks Architect).

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the technical lead for project teams, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with best practices

Collaborate with business and technology leaders to shape the enterprise data strategy and manage data domains

Act as a mentor to junior engineers and contribute to the evaluation and recruitment of technical talent

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in data architecture and enterprise-level data initiatives

Expertise in data modeling, metadata management, and master data management

Deep knowledge of data platforms and modern cloud data technologies, preferably Databricks

Experience working in Agile delivery environments and leading teams through solution design and implementation

BA / BS required, preferably in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields; advanced degree preferred
