Summary The Site Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the child development center, ensuring that all programs and activities are delivered in a safe, efficient, and developmentally appropriate manner. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage and support a team of educators and staff, and a deep commitment to providing exceptional care and education for children.

Essential Duties :

• Leadership and Supervision :

Supervise and support a team of teachers, assistants, and other staff members.

Oversee the implementation of curriculum and educational programs, ensuring they meet developmental standards and center objectives.

Ensure that the center complies with all local, state, and federal regulations and licensing requirements.

Foster positive relationships with parents and guardians, addressing concerns and providing regular updates on their child's progress.

Facilitate all site-related operations and remain in compliance with limited supervision.

Qualifications :

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Required to meet any state-specific certification or licensing requirements.

Passion for working with young children and a deep commitment to their development and well-being.
