Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Project Manager. With over 10 years of experience in civil engineering and construction project management, the ideal candidate will take charge of large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and technical skills to oversee all phases of project development, from planning and design to execution and closeout.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead project planning efforts, including estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for civil construction projects
- Manage relationships with subcontractors and vendors, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and timeline expectations
- Identify project risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues, including safety risks, cost overruns, and schedule delays
- Provide regular progress updates, financial reports, and project status updates to senior management and clients
- Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring that costs are aligned with project financial plans and that any deviations are addressed promptly
- Address and resolve any project-related issues or conflicts that arise, applying technical and managerial expertise to find solutions
