Contract - Mental Health Clinical Therapist (LCSW, LMSW, PLPC, LPC)

Location : CCC Service Area - Primary need is in Bollinger and Madison Counties, however, we have availability for contract staff in the CCC catchment area : Bollinger, Cape Girardeau, Madison, Perry and Ste. Genevieve counties.

Contract : 4-16 hours / week

Contract Rates :

Provisional Licensed (PLPC or LMSW) :

• $40 / hour

Fully Licensed (LPC or LCSW)

Additional Contract Therapist Information : Being a contracted staff would not qualify for benefits such as insurance coverage, ETO or EMB ( / time off), etc.

Hourly rate paid for : required orientation (up to 40 hours), completed client sessions, and up to 20 hours of required training annually after first year. For provisional licensed therapist, time spent for licensure supervision is not paid under contractual time; it is also a requirement to have a licensure supervisor with CCC.

Min. Required Qualifications :

Two years' experience in a mental health setting preferred

This position requires a valid driver's license, proof of continuous auto insurance, and must have an acceptable driving record as outlined by agency policy.

Community Counseling Center (CCC) is currently seeking a Contracted Mental Health Clinical Therapist to join our team. As a Therapist, you would be responsible for providing evaluation and treatment of children, adults, and families with varying degrees of mental health needs. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary treatment team to best support the needs of the individuals that we serve.

What your duties will look like as a Therapist :

At CCC, we have a fantastic support staff that does the scheduling of appointments, credentialing with insurance panels, and billing of services. This allows you to focus on providing the best quality care to our clients. We have a diverse group of clinicians using a variety of treatment modalities and best practices to ensure quality treatment we can provide for our clients.

These include evidence-based practices such as TF-CBT, PCIT, CBT, EMDR, and more.

We are an administrative agent for the Missouri Department of Mental Health, and we are entrusted to provide a full array of comprehensive behavioral health services within our five county catchment area.
