Customer Service Admin / Representative
Location : Fort Myers, FL
Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM (with possible extra hours as needed)
Pay Rate : $19.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
Job Summary :
We are seeking a dependable and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fort Myers. This position plays a key role in supporting our field technicians, supervisors, and customers. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and thrives in a busy, team-focused environment.
Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming calls promptly
- Schedule appointments and service requests for customers, technicians, or supervisors
- Process customer information updates (address, phone number, etc.)
- Accept and process credit card payments over the phone
- Enter new sales leads, notify supervisors and technicians
- Handle account cancellations and ensure written documentation is received
- Maintain positive customer relationships and resolve service issues
- Print and update technician routes daily
- Communicate additional work or retreats to technicians
- Review daily technician work and complete assigned tasks
- Enter new sales information and reschedule unfinished work
- Monitor and follow up on past-due accounts
As Needed / Assigned :
Assist with monthly route scheduling (Visional Route Manager)Make call-aheads for techniciansReschedule confirmed appointments if a technician calls out sickMail invoices and customer correspondence as requiredInform supervisors of potential customer concerns or service issuesSupport special projects or cover for other office staff as neededRequirements
