We're Growing! Join our Meta Lab Retail team at the Ala Moana Center in Honolulu as we bring Ray-Ban AI Glasses and Meta Quest mixed reality to life! As a Meta Experience Expert, you will deliver a best-in-class, white-glove experience through immersive, hands-on demos of cutting-edge wearable and mixed reality technology. You'll represent our client's brand with enthusiasm, educating consumers and turning product demonstrations into meaningful customer acquisitions.

You will be working 12-15 hours per week, night & weekend availability required. Must have availability for on-and off-site events, including occasional shifts outside of regular store hours. Apply today and embark on a new career journey!

Paid training will take place the week of November 17th, and the store is scheduled to open the week of November 24th. These dates are tentative, and you must have full availability for training.

What You'll Do

• Be a subject matter expert! Fully understand the features and benefits of our client's products including accessories
• Conduct world-class demonstrations of our clients' mixed reality and wearable products within the dedicated space by creating immersive experiences with consumers that influence how they play, learn & experience the world around them
• Process consumer transactions using our clients Point of Sale (POS) system
• Achieve all goals and key performance indicators; in partnership with the Retail Manager, develop action plans when targets are not met
• Perform day to day operations, including but not limited to; opening and closing procedures and maintain interactive customer displays
• Show up on time with a can-do attitude, ready to support team goals and daily operations.
• Other duties as assigned by management

The pay range for this position is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, skills, internal equity, and market data. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on individual qualifications and business needs.
