A well-established organization is seeking a Collections Specialist to manage a high-volume portfolio of accounts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex account issues, and values autonomy in their workflow.
Oversee a dedicated portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely payments and minimizing aging balances.
Initiate structured outreach via phone and email, documenting all activity in CRM systems.
Collaborate with billing and service teams to resolve disputes and misapplied payments.
Prepare and issue lien waivers, track lien filings, and maintain audit-ready documentation.
Partner with legal and leadership teams on escalated collections cases.
Participate in regular aging reviews and contribute to month-end close processes.
✅ What You Bring
3+ years of experience in collections, preferably in a high-volume or construction-related environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot Tables and Macros).
Familiarity with ERP systems and ticketing / case management platforms.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Associate degree preferred but not required.
Pay Details : $60,000.00 to $72,000.00 per year
