Authors and oversees the creation of content in all formats to grow organic traffic and engagement, retain customers, and attract prospectsWork with marketing team members to ensure alignment on campaign objectives, content distribution strategies, SEO keywords, and effective GenAI toolsExecute on content strategies guided by Content Marketing Managers around thought leadership, SEO, engagement, and products aligned with our corporate goals and productsCollaborate across Relias departments with vendors, contractors, internal and external subject matter experts, freelance writers, and other content contributors to brainstorm topicsEnsure all content assets are accurate, professional, and foster trust and credibility across our brandsYou Have What It Takes If You Have
Marketing Content : Independently generates content ideas that are relevant to the target audience and aligned with the chosen channelKeyword Optimization : Effectively integrates target keywords into content, ensuring relevance and readability while adhering to SEO best practicesMarketing Strategy : Translates strategies into actionable plans with clear milestones, coordinating with team members for successful executionVendor Management : Able to select appropriate vendors by evaluating with defined metrics and understands basics of contract management and complianceProblem Solving : Willingness to learn from mistakes to adapt behavior effectivelyTime Management : Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage time for tasks and anticipate obstacles2+ years of experienceBachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related areaIt Would Be Ideal If You Have

In Office Requirement
Relias values collaboration and wants to ensure that our team members have opportunities to work with their teams regularly for professional development opportunities. Our flexible hybrid work environment requires that you live in the state of North Carolina, within a commutable distance to our office (~1-hour commute). You would be expected to work in our Morrisville, NC Headquarters (Raleigh / Durham) approximately 30 days / quarter.
