Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of competitive benefits programs and HR operations
Optimize HR processes and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Mentor and develop a high-performing team, promoting a culture of accountability and growth
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in benefits and shared services, with 5+ years in a leadership role
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred
Proven expertise in benefits design and administration, especially in leave management
Experience in a private equity environment is a plus
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power BI and Workday experience preferred
