What you’ll do

Lead and support exciting projects that drive real business impact across global adhesive teams.

• Become an integrated member of the Markets & Applications Management Team during your internship.
• Analyze product portfolio performance and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
• Assist in developing and evaluating business cases for future product launches.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and other teams across North America.
• Contribute to initiatives that shape Henkel’s innovation and go-to-market strategies.

What makes you a good fit

An undergraduate student graduating in 2027 or 2028 pursuing a degree in Marketing, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Data Analytics

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products

Be able to review and analyze data and use tools within Excel (i.e. Pivot Tables)

Communication

& Collaboration : Comfortable working across teams and communicating

with stakeholders of all levels

Detail-Oriented

& Organized : Skilled at managing multiple tasks accurately in a

fast-paced environment

Adaptability

Additional information

This internship is NOT eligible for a housing stipend or relocation support.

Henkel’s Summer 2026 internship program starts on May 27th, 2026, and runs through mid-August.

Recruitment for our 2026 internships starts in late August 2025 and runs through early March 2026 or until all our positions are filled.

The salary for this role is $22-$27 / hour. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
