We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with a background in the RV or automotive industry. This position plays a vital role in supporting dealership operations by securing financing options, ensuring accurate documentation, and providing exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, goal-driven, and committed to maintaining compliance while achieving profitability targets.
You’ll work closely with sales and lending teams to help customers finalize their purchases and make confident financial decisions.
Core Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and lending institutions to secure the best financing options.
- Review credit applications and determine suitable payment and financing structures.
- Present and explain financial products, including service contracts, GAP insurance, and other protection programs.
- Prepare and process all required paperwork accurately and in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Achieve monthly goals related to finance income, product penetration, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure all financial data is handled securely.

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.Minimum 2 years of experience as a Finance Manager in an RV or automotive dealership.Proven closing and negotiation skills with a strong record of customer satisfaction.Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Proficient with financial software, loan systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.Must pass a background and motor vehicle record check.Physical & Work Requirements
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.Frequent communication with customers, lenders, and team members.Occasional travel between dealership locations may be required.Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally (files, office materials).Compensation & Benefits
