Job Description
- Lead and manage litigation matters related to real estate and corporate disputes, including commercial lease issues, construction claims, zoning disputes, shareholder / partnership disputes, and breach of contract matters.
- Provide legal counsel to clients on real estate transactions, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance issues.
- Supervise junior attorneys and litigation teams through all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal.
- Develop and expand client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with firm leadership to drive practice group strategy and mentor associates.
- Ensure high standards of client service, ethical practice, and professional development.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Admitted and in good standing with the [State] Bar.Minimum of 10 years of legal experience, with substantial time focused on real estate litigation and corporate litigation.Demonstrated success in client acquisition, retention, and cross-practice collaboration.Exceptional legal writing, oral advocacy, and negotiation skills.Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.Portable book of business preferred (minimum $500K ideal but flexible depending on candidate profile)Why is This a Great Opportunity
