Superintendent / Project Manager

Gpac has partnered with a general contractor looking to add a Superintendent / Project Manager to their team. They are looking for an individual with Superintendent experience that is looking to move into Project Management or an individual that has both Superintendent and Project Manager experience. The ideal candidate will have Pre-engineered Metal building experience. The candidate must have strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, a fast-paced and strong sense of urgency, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. They have strong leadership abilities and the ability to create and manage a team environment where all members are working together towards ensuring total project success.

Project Manager Duties :

• Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
• Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
• Review and interpret construction plans, schematics, and blueprints
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect workmanship and quality of construction
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits
