Workers Compensation Account Specialist

A company is looking for a Worker's Compensation Account Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Manage account authorizations and follow-up on accounts receivable to ensure claim resolution

Communicate with clinics and insurance companies regarding authorization status and escalated issues

Identify denial trends and assist in resolving unpaid accounts with payers

Required Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in medical billing and accounts receivable follow-up

Understanding of clinic operations related to patient registration and cash collections

Knowledge of insurance payer reimbursement and authorization processes

Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks accurately

Familiarity with claims and authorizations processing for various insurance types
