Who we’re looking for
Toyota’s Learning & Development Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Data & Technology Institute Senior Analyst.
The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure smooth execution of learning programs and support the infrastructure that enables data and technology skill development across Toyota Financial Services and the broader organization.
Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, the person in this role will support Learning & Development The Level 16 Analyst will be a key contributor to the daily operations of the Data & Technology Institute (D&Ti), ensuring smooth execution of learning programs and supporting the infrastructure that enables data and technology skill development across Toyota Financial Services and the broader organization. This role focuses primarily on tactical operational tasks, including learning platform administration, data reporting, content coordination, and stakeholder support, with occasional involvement in lighter consultative projects.

What you bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Education, or related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in learning operations, data analysis, or project coordination within a corporate or educational environment.
Working knowledge of learning management systems and content management platforms (e.g., SharePoint, LMS tools such as Litmos or Cornerstone).
2+ years of experience with data reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI or Excel.
Basic understanding of instructional design or content development processes.
Proven ability to work within an Agile team.
Effective communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in operational tasks.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
Bonus if you have
Familiarity with data and technology learning content or environments.
Understanding of learning systems such as Vyond, Articulate Suite, Creative Cloud, etc.
Experience with marketing communications or learner engagement activities.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
