Sr QNXT Config Analyst

As a Sr QNXT Config Analyst, you will make an impact by leading the configuration and optimization of QNXT systems to support healthcare claims processing and reimbursement. You will be a valued member of our healthcare technology team and work collaboratively with clients, business analysts, and technical teams to ensure accurate and efficient system performance. In this role, you will :

• Conduct requirements discovery sessions with clients to determine configuration outcomes and clarify gaps.
• Interpret paper contracts for reimbursement and translate them into system configurations.
• Troubleshoot and provide remediation or workarounds for claim pend issues.
• Configure QNXT for new implementations and maintain existing plan configurations.
• Perform backend queries and validate configuration setup to ensure accurate claim processing.
• Advise clients on optimal configuration decisions in collaboration with business teams.
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid and Medicare program requirements.

Salary and Other Compensation : Applicants will be accepted till 10 / 27 / 2025. The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $130K-$155K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
