Responsibilities
- Process customer policy updates and change requests accurately and efficiently.
- Verify and update customer contact information (phone, address, email) during each interaction.
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
- Schedule appointments for the agency owner or other team members when needed.
- Handle cancellation and sales requests within required timeframes and document all interactions appropriately.
Requirements
Must Obtain Property / Casualty LicensePossess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.Great customer service skills.Driven and goal-oriented individual.Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.Performing outbound calls and emails
