Lead Specialist Procurement
Primoris is seeking a Lead Specialist, Procurement to oversee the full procurement lifecycle on major projects. In this role, you will drive strategic sourcing, vendor negotiations, subcontract management, and compliance to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a high-impact opportunity for a procurement professional ready to lead from project award through close-out while building strong vendor partnerships and shaping efficient supply chain strategies.
The Lead Specialist Procurement will provide essential support to Project teams by managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating seamless operations for procurement activities. This role is critical in ensuring timely strategic sourcing, vendor setup, negotiations, bid analysis, purchase orders, subcontract management, and compliance with company policies and project requirements.
Proficiency in supply chain management, vendor relationships, and negotiation will be key in maintaining project schedules, controlling costs, and ensuring quality standards are met. The Lead Specialist Procurement must be able to apply an understanding of the industry to provide guidance and support projects supply chain. As a lead for an assigned project, you will work to ensure all project procurement needs are fulfilled from project award to close-out.
