This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity

Schedule : Monday- Thursday 7 : 30am -5 : 30pm, 10 / 13 start for 3-6 months

Patients per day : 15-18 at max

Practice Setting : Rural Health Clinic in Critical Access Hospital

Scope : All under scope

State Licensure : Oregon license

Credentialing timeframe : 0-30 days
