Manufacturing Machine Operator (01560)

Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Marlborough, MA to bring on Manufacturing Operators on 1st & 2nd shift. These are temp or temp to hire positions with no interview!

Hours :

4 : 30am – 3 : 00pm, Monday-Friday, for 1st Shift

3 : 00pm – 1 : 30am, Monday-Friday for 2nd shift

Pay :

$18.50 / hour for 1st Shift

$19.50 / hour for 2nd Shift

Responsibilities :

Work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy

Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently.

Operate machinery correctly and maintain it with care.

Report any machinery issues to management.

Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals.

Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management.

Follow all written and verbal instructions.

Able to work overtime as needed, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Flexible schedule and willingness to work on different shifts preferred.

Must be available for weekends / occasional overtime.

Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals

Basic math, reading, and writing skills.

Good communication skills

Willingness to always comply with all safety guidelines.

Physically capable of manual labor that includes lifting, bending, and reaching.

Able to operate large industrial machinery.

Able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.

Pay Details : $18.50 to $19.50 per hour
