Schedule :

o Meetings may begin as early as 7 : 30 a.m., with end-of-day IEP meetings concluding no later than 3 : 30 p.m. Start times may vary between 7 : 30 a.m. and 8 : 00 a.m. depending on the day’s schedule. We anticipate the role requiring approximately 16–18 hours per week, preferably Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

• Caseload :

o Approximately 30 K-12 students, including some who receive consultative services only. The entire district is housed under one roof, so no travel is required.

o We are hoping to have a candidate with school-based experience in place as soon as possible. W e would need to have our Board approve your affiliation agreement on 12 / 15 in order to start.

o Act 34 : PA State Police Criminal History Record Check

o Act 151 : PA Child Abuse History Clearance

o Act 114 : FBI Federal Criminal History Clearance  (Use service code 1KG6XN)

o Arrest Conviction Report and Certification Form (under Act 24 of 2011 and Act 82 of 2012)

o School Personnel Health Record (Physical within 1 year / TB test within 3 months)
