Robert Half is partnering with a global leader in streaming and entertainment to recruit an Associate Creative Director for their cutting-edge innovation team. This role offers the opportunity to redefine how creativity and technology intersect, with a focus on empowering creators to push boundaries and explore new possibilities at the intersection of AI and human imagination. This position is about pioneering the future of creative expression—not replacing creators, but amplifying their vision. You’ll unlock new forms of storytelling, inspire teams to experiment, and lead the development of next-generation creative tools and workflows.
Location : Culver City (onsite)
Contract Duration : 4 months w / potential for extension
Hours : 40 hours / week
Pay Rate : $50-53 / hour
Key Responsibilities :
- Define the future of creative technology by blending human ingenuity with AI capabilities.
- Explore, test, and implement emerging technologies that expand storytelling potential.
- Develop proof-of-concepts that demonstrate new creative possibilities and bring them to life.
- Foster a culture of creative experimentation and smart risk-taking.
- Partner with creative teams to identify opportunities where technology can inspire new forms of storytelling.
- Guide the development of advanced creative tools and workflows that enable scale without sacrificing artistry.
- Mentor teams on adopting new technologies while upholding creative integrity.
- Create an environment where design, storytelling, and technology come together seamlessly.
- Apply hands-on expertise with creative tools, design platforms, and AI applications.
- Evaluate, integrate, and champion the use of emerging creative technologies.
- Develop ethical frameworks to ensure AI use enhances rather than restricts creativity.
- Build scalable systems that empower rather than limit creative freedom.
Qualifications :
Online portfolio required for review.5+ years of leading compelling creative strategy and execution within an agency or in-house creative team.Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art, Digital Design, or equivalent experience.Proven track record of leading innovative, technology-driven creative initiatives.Strong leadership skills with experience managing designers, copywriters, agencies, and freelancers.Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Cinema 4D, and / or generative AI tools.Experience developing creative from concept through delivery.Skilled at presenting concepts to senior executives.Ability to balance multiple projects under tight deadlines.Background in digital or entertainment industries preferred; design-focused (not filmmaking).
