Preferred Qualifications :
Experience working with school-aged children in classroom or childcare settings
Ability to implement behavior and academic strategies as directed
Familiarity with IEPs, accommodations, or classroom support techniques
Punctual, dependable, and open to working with diverse learners
Comfortable accepting same-day or short-notice assignments
Key Responsibilities :
Provide instructional assistance to students during class activities
Supervise students during transitions, lunch, and non-instructional periods
Support teachers by reinforcing lesson content or behavior expectations
Help maintain a structured and inclusive learning environment
Communicate observations or concerns to school personnel as needed
