Provider must be available for all listed dates at both locations (20 minute apart)

Must cover night float and weekend shifts

Dates Needed

January 23 + January 25

February 24 February 26 (Night shift, 7 PM 7 AM)

March 15 March 17 (Night shift, 7 PM 7 AM)

March 19 March 22

Shift Description

Weeknight Coverage : 7 PM 7 AM (Night Float, in-house every other month)

Weekend Coverage : 7 AM 7 PM (In-house not required)

Call Details

Night float in-house every other month

Weekend coverage does not require in-house presence

Requirements

Board Certified

Active ID license OR active IMLC

Local candidates Highly Preferred
