Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A rewarding opportunity is available for a dedicated ABA Therapist / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in a school environment located in Redwood City, CA. This contract position offers the chance to apply your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis to help children achieve meaningful progress in their learning and development.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect and document data on student behavior and progress
  • Utilize evidence-based behavioral interventions to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors
  • Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support student success
  • Maintain professional and ethical standards in all interactions and documentation

Qualifications and Desired Experience :

  • Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is required
  • Experience working with children in a school or clinical setting applying ABA techniques
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting children with special needs
  • Commitment to professional development and adherence to ABA best practices
  • Location : Redwood City, CA
