A career with the Allo Drop team (FTTP) is both challenging and rewarding. Since there are no two homes or buildings alike, installing fiber to the premise (FTTP) requires mental flexibility, physical dexterity, and a willingness to constantly adapt to changing conditions. There is no "business as usual" in this position, you'll arrive on the job each day to find a totally new environment, new questions, new challenges, and new ways to get the job done right. If you're a creature of habit, this is not the gig for you. If you're into being outside, trying new things, and can't stand sitting at a keyboard, we want to meet you.
Knowledge and experience are essential to ALLO's mission, and while applicants do not need telecommunications or construction experience, character is important, and we will train the right people. Being self-motivated with the ability to complete daily tasks without constant supervision is key. We look for those who have a natural instinct for our core values : Honest, Local, Exceptional, and Hassle-Free.
