We're looking for a detail-oriented, disciplined professional to manage back-office automotive accounting and compliance tasks. This full-time, on-site role includes reviewing deal jackets for GM compliance, processing incentive claims, handling new vehicle payoffs, and reviewing monthly finance reserve statements. The ideal candidate is organized, consistent in following established processes, and able to maintain strong focus during business hours. GM dealership experience, Tekion familiarity, or a background in automotive accounting is a plus. This independent role offers compensation and opportunities for growth within dealership operations.

Ability and willingness to follow established procedures.

Proficiency in Microsoft applications (excel, word, etc.).

Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) is a plus.

Experience working for a GM dealership is a plus.
