• Dates / Coverage Needed : Beginning ASAC FT for 3-6 months with the option to extend. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8's or 10's, but open to 12's, 16's, and 24's. Later shifts are 3 pm - 11 pm, and weekend shifts are available. A minimum of 40 hours per week guaranteed.
• Case Mix : No heart cases. Primarily neuro, endo, and radiology cases. Limited peds cases, but mostly standard procedures.
• # of cases : 36-46 total cases per day
• Support Staff / Supervision : Supervised CRNA model (4 : 1 ratio); most physicians perform their own blocks and regional anesthesia. CRNAs are responsible for their own arterial line placements.
• Credentialing Time-Frame : 45-60 days.
• Certifications : BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• Active MI License : Yes
