Salary Range : $43.2700 - $66.5300 / hour. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, skill level, and education.
The Clinical Data Coordinator, CV is responsible for the accurate retrieval, compilation, registration, submission, and presentation of CV clinical data and provides analytical support to cardiovascular services operations, patient care delivery, and Medical Directors.
- Assists in the dissemination of results / findings and maintains communication patterns with physicians, hospital staff, and sponsors.
- This position is intended to help enhance operational function, efficiency, quality, and comparative edge, and to improve patient outcomes.
- The CV Data Coordinator consistently demonstrates behaviors that model the core values and the Hospital's mission statement and maintains proficiency in job- and age-related competencies.
- Interacts closely with the Planning and Decision Support Department.
Education and Experience
Required :
Knowledge of hospital operations including clinical, financial, and support activitiesStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Project, and AccessPreferred :
Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of health care experience in project coordination encompassing operations analysis, outcomes measurement methodology, dataExperience and knowledge with Cardiovascular databases, such as NRMI (National Registry of Acute Myocardial Infarctions), ACC-NCDR (American College of Cardiology - National Cardiac Data Registry), STS (Society of Thoracic Surgeons), and CCORP (California CABG Outcomes Reporting Program).License Required
Registered Nurse licensure in the state of California.
