Job Overview :
As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, you'll play a crucial role in the healthcare team, providing top-notch care to our patients. In this dynamic role, you will :
Assess patients to prevent, detect, monitor, and manage respiratory diseases and complications.Measure lung capacities to identify any impairments.Provide diagnostic results and treatment recommendations based on thorough analysis.Work in diverse clinical settings ranging from general wards to critical care.You Belong at Sanford :

A degree in Respiratory Care from an accredited program, at least an associate degree.Current Respiratory Therapy licensure in the state of practice, along with Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentials from the National Board for Respiratory Care.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required, with additional credentials such as NRP, ACLS, and PALS preferred.Strong knowledge of procedures and equipment related to respiratory care, with proficiency in patient documentation software.Sanford Health is committed to a diverse workplace and encourages individuals of all backgrounds to apply.
