Job descriptionKey Responsibilities : Operate various types of vehicles, including cars, vans, or trucks, depending on the transportation needs. Safely transport goods and / or passengers to their destinations. Plan routes to optimize efficiency and minimize travel time. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition. Adhere to all traffic and transportation laws and regulations. Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage and fuel consumption. Ensure the security of cargo or passengers during transit. Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns passengers may have. Report any vehicle issues or accidents promptly to the appropriate personnel. Qualifications : Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Proven experience as a driver, preferably with familiarity in local routes and regulations. Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles. Strong time-management skills and reliability. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. Ability to lift and handle heavy loads, if necessary. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required. Benefits : Competitive salary with potential for overtime.
