Manager, Digital (Website & App)

At Inter Miami CF, we're searching for a Manager, Digital (Website & App) who will report to the Sr. Director of Digital Marketing and oversees the Club's digital platforms with a focus on website and app performance, user experience, and innovation. This role is responsible for driving the effectiveness, usability, and optimization of the Club's owned digital channels, ensuring they deliver best-in-class experiences for fans, partners, and stakeholders. The Manager will supervise one Digital Coordinator and collaborate cross-functionally to align digital strategies with brand and business objectives.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Lead the daily management, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Club's website and mobile app.
• Drive initiatives to revamp and optimize the fan digital experience, ensuring platforms are user-friendly, accessible, and performance-driven.
• Partner with internal teams (marketing, partnerships, ticketing, communications, IT) to align digital priorities with business goals.
• Oversee content integration on the website / app in collaboration with content teams, ensuring brand consistency and seamless delivery.
• Manage platform enhancements, troubleshooting, and vendor relationships related to website and app development.
• Track, analyze, and report on digital performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion, retention) to inform decision-making and ROI.
• Stay ahead of emerging digital trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the Club's platforms remain innovative and competitive.
• Support digital activations tied to marketing campaigns, ticket sales, and partnership initiatives.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and professional development to the Digital Coordinator.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation :
