Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

DESCRIPTION

Summit is seeking Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants (COTA) that will perform outpatient therapy within home-based settings to individuals we serve with intellectual or developmental disabilities, supervised by an OT.

Job Requirements :

Eligibility for New Jersey state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant

Provide a comprehensive treatment plan including goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities, alongside your supervising OT

Professionalism, accuracy, and dependability are essential

Passion and enthusiasm to provide creative evidence-based care

Documentation through application on cellphone, used as EMR

Supervision by OT for each client, providing a resource to the COTA t / o employment

All New Hires including New Grads will be supported and mentored

Compensation : $38-$45 / hour
