Head of Fraud

We're seeking a Head of Fraud to lead the next phase of our global fraud strategy. This role offers high visibility, strategic influence, and the opportunity to mentor an existing high-performing team.

This is a Hybrid role is based in a Bay Area, California, office.

What You'll Do :

• Lead and execute Prezzee's global fraud strategy
• Mentor and guide a team of fraud, risk, and AI / ML specialists
• Design, optimise, and manage AI / ML models for fraud detection
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Fraud Operations to deliver end-to-end fraud controls
• Advise executives and the Board on emerging threats, risks, and mitigation strategies
• Manage fraud platforms, vendors, and industry relationships
• Ensure fraud risk is proactively assessed for new products and market expansions

Base salary starts at $200,000 USD, depending on experience, with total compensation including bonus and benefits.
