We are seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to join a leading manufacturing facility in Casa Grande, Arizona . This is an onsite contract role offering long-term stability and multiple shift options to fit different schedules.

We have openings across various day, night, and weekend shifts , giving candidates flexibility based on their preferred schedule.

Role Summary

As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform multi-skilled maintenance work across mechanical, electrical, and facility systems to keep equipment and operations running efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Repair and replace equipment parts using hand and power tools
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure maximum machine uptime
• Inspect motors, belts, drives, filters, and other components
• Use both basic tools and precision testing instruments
• Install or repair wiring, electrical components, piping, and mechanical systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Lubricate, clean, and maintain mechanical parts and machinery
• Document maintenance and repair activities accurately
