Title : Senior Financial Analyst (Hybrid)

Reports to : Director of Finance

The Sr. Financial Analyst is a key role within our organization, reporting directly to the Director of Finance. This position is responsible for monitoring and analyzing the company's financial performance, conducting comprehensive budget versus actual and variance analysis reporting, and generating regular reports for all relevant entities. The role involves constructing financial models to facilitate informed decision-making, evaluating proposals and investment opportunities, and conducting in-depth financial data analysis. The Sr. Financial Analyst will also collaborate with department heads on planning and budgeting activities, offer strategic guidance based on relevant financial data, and identify and assess company operations risks.

Essential job functions / duties.

• Conduct comprehensive budget versus actual and variance analysis reporting.
• Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for all relevant entities.
• Construct financial models to facilitate informed and confident decision-making.
• Evaluate proposals, investment opportunities, profit plans, and operating records.
• Conduct in-depth financial data analysis and provide forecasting support.
• Transform data into actionable reports and perform diverse analyses.
• Collaborate with department heads on planning and budgeting activities.
• Offer strategic guidance based on relevant financial data.
• Identify and assess risks to the company's operations and engage in financial discussions with stakeholders.
• Assess market conditions and evaluate business performance.
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses as requested by those within the organization.
• Develop assessment tools, including SOPs and workflow analyses, to evaluate company performance.
