About the Role
As a Customer Implementation Manager, you will ensure new Large Law firm customers have a wonderful experience implementing and transitioning to LexisNexis. For 3 -6 months post-close, you will be the firm’s primary point of contact for all activities.
Responsibilities
- Managing and coordinating new customer onboarding activities
- Being the primary contact for all projects, issues and opportunities during the customer onboarding process
- Diagnosing and resolving problems using internal resources and tools, business judgement and experience
- Initiating escalation process for unresolved customer problems
- Creating customized onboarding plan and documentation in conjunction with firms
Requirements
Have a Juris Doctor or equivalent legal experienceDemonstrate outstanding networking capabilities and exhibit a professional demeanor, business maturity, and technical knowledgeBe able to work as part of a team, accomplishing mutual team goalsBe able to travel up to 20% of the time.Demonstrate experience developing and executing on account plans and coordinating key stakeholders to positively impact clientsDemonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skillsWork in a way that works for you
