Overview

The Internet / Data Installation Technician provides installation and customer support for Viaero's home internet products and home phone services. You can combine your excellent customer service skills with your strong technical skills and work within a dynamic team of professionals.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform setup of Internet and / or phone services at customer premises, providing the best in customer service.
• Verify residential customer’s internet connection.
• Install external antennas and cabling, as needed.
• Perform troubleshooting for internet service issues.
• Coordinate with schedulers with regard to responding to Trouble Tickets (customer issues) in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with schedulers for appointments, and communicate with customers regarding arrival time.
• Maintain adequate supplies on service truck to complete required task efficiently.
• Update and program data devices, as required.
• Additional duties as required.
