Description
Pizza Line Cooks are responsible for the daily preparation and execution of all food items in the pizza station and assisting in other areas of the kitchen.
POSITION REQUIRES :
- Lifting up to / over 50 pounds
- Environmental exposures to cold, heat and water
- Standing for up to 8 hours at one time
- Working shifts up to 12 hours
- Food Handler Certification
LINE COOK TASKS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO :
Setting up stations according to restaurant guidelinesPreparing all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely mannerRestocking all items needed throughout shiftCleaning and maintaining stations while practicing good safety, sanitation and organizational skillsAssisting with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers and all storage areasPerforming additional responsibilities as requested by the Kitchen ManagerAdhering to all Spinato's Specifications and RecipesAdhering to all Spinato's Policies and Procedures as stated in your employee handbookAdhering to all proper food handling procedures as set forth by the local Health Board AgencySome of our benefits :
