Job Title : Senior Technical Architect / Assistant PM (Retail & Commercial)
Location : Akron, OH (On-Site)
Compensation : $100,000 – $115,000 + 100% Paid Health Benefits

We are seeking a technical expert to serve as the right hand to their Senior Project Managers. This role was created to handle the complex, technical details that slow down standard production—allowing you to focus purely on how a building comes together.

What You Will Do :
Handle the "Hard Stuff" : You will take ownership of complex technical elements handed off by Senior PMs, such as detailing custom stairs, floor openings, and unique structural coordination.Code & Jurisdictional Lead : Manage the response to jurisdictional comments and ensure permit drawings are bulletproof.Construction Documents : Produce high-level AutoCAD documentation for retail and commercial projects.Who We Are Looking For :
The "Builder's" Mindset : You don't just draw lines; you know how a building is constructed. You can detail a custom stair or a floor opening without hand-holding.Licensure : An Architect of Record (AOR) is preferred, but we will hire an unlicensed candidate if they have "serious experience" and deep technical knowledge.Tech Stack : Must be an expert in AutoCAD . (This is not a Revit firm) .Experience : 10+ years in commercial or retail architecture is ideal.Compensation & Benefits
