Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or Business Administrationor equivalent practical experience. 57 years of experience in industrial, machining, or metal cutting sales preferred. 3+ years in a people-leadership role. Proven success in managing geographically dispersed teams and achieving regional growth targets. Skilled in coaching, performance management, and talent development. Strong understanding of CRM systems, analytics, and digital engagement tools. Willingness to travel up to 50% within the Gulf Coast region. Experience as a sales leader in a manufacturing industry is required. Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives. 401(k) with up to 8% matching. 11 paid holidays + generous PTO. Regional Sales Manager Gulf Coast Region

Seco Tools is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team across the Gulf Coast regionincluding key industrial markets in Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi. This remote role offers autonomy, strategic influence, and the opportunity to shape growth in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

You'll manage direct reports who maintain and grow critical relationships with distributors and end-users to drive revenue and profitability.
