We are seeking Master Barbers to join our team and help define the next level of men's grooming.

What You'll Do :

(1) Deliver precision haircuts, hot towel shaves, beard trims, and grooming services (2) Build strong relationships with clients, offering personalized service and grooming advice (3) Maintain a pristine, upscale workstation and uphold the boutique's aesthetic and service standards (4) Collaborate with boutique staff to ensure seamless customer experiences (5) Stay current on trends, techniques, and products in luxury men's grooming

What We're Looking For :

(1) Valid state barber's license (2) Licensed Barber with 3+ years of professional experience (3) Excellent technical skills with attention to detail and style (4) Strong interpersonal and communication skills (5) A polished, professional appearance and demeanor (6) Self-motivated, punctual, and reliable
