Team Leadership :  Hire, train, and motivate a team to ensure high performance and meet cafe goals.

Customer Experience :  Ensure guests have an "extraordinary" experience through high-quality food and service, and build customer relationships.

Operational Excellence :  Oversee all aspects of cafe operations, including managing staffing needs, scheduling, and creative problem-solving.

Business Acumen :  Drive positive results by understanding the business and managing staff effectively.

Qualifications

Experience :  Minimum of 3 years of restaurant General Manager experience is preferred.

Skills :  Must be able to direct, motivate, coach, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications : (or the ability to obtain it) is required.

Physical Requirements :  Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, bend, reach, push, pull, and stand for long periods.

Availability :  Must have flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
