Internal Service Advisor – Tulley BMW Manchester

We’re a family-owned, high-volume BMW dealership looking for a dependable Internal Service Advisor who wants to build a long-term career with a stable, well-run organization. This role supports the internal reconditioning process and plays a key part in keeping our service and sales teams moving efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Write and manage internal repair orders for trades, loaners, and all other inventory vehicles
• Work closely with technicians, parts, sales, and recon to keep work flowing smoothly
• Track repair progress and communicate clearly to avoid delays
• Ensure repairs meet Tulley and BMW standards
• Keep repair orders accurate, organized, and audit-ready

What We’re Looking For

• Service advisor or internal advisor experience not required
• Strong organization, follow-through, and communication skills
• Ability to handle a fast pace while doing things the right way
• Team-first mindset and pride in consistent, quality work

• Valid Driving License;
• Acceptable Driving Record;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Excellent time management skills;
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
