Human Resource Administrator

Seneca Foods is in search of a HR Administrator for our facility located in Dayton, WA. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation and administration of Seneca HR policies and procedures, compliance at Federal and State levels, and employee relations among other things. They will manage programs and lead staff while also possessing a strong strategic mindset and contributing to all team initiatives set by senior management. Responsibilities :

• Communication and administration of HR policies and procedures
• Recruit, interview and select qualified applicants for open full-time and seasonal positions and conduct new employee orientations.
• Understand and Administer the Seneca Employee Benefits program at the location level.
• Administer FMLA / STD / Leave, Safety and Worker's Compensation programs.
• Conduct required HR / Legal Compliance training for all employees.
• Ensure that employee files and documentation are maintained.
• Administer Orientation and Training
• Assist Safety Coordinator
• Attend monthly safety meetings
• Provide back up Payroll & Administer Employee Vac / PTO / Sick & other leave by tracking paid time usage
• Coordinate employee functions / incentives

Qualifications :

The expected compensation range for this position is $25.00-$30.00 per hour, depending upon skills & experience.
