• Join us at Crescendo, and let’s build the future of customer experience together.   The Role Crescendo is hiring an AI Deployment Engineer to manage technical implementation activities following a customer sale and throughout the customer’s onboarding process.
• You will ensure our customers have a successful implementation and onboarding - on-time and within budget.
• Onboarding a new Partner is arguably the most important milestone in their journey with Crescendo.
• Their anticipation and expectations are at an all-time high during the time period immediately following contract execution.
• We can capitalize on this enthusiasm by providing an experience for our Partners that leads to early wins and sustained success.

In this role, you will collaborate with Product, Engineering, CX Design, Operations,  and other internal stakeholders to ensure all new onboarding efforts accurately address Partner needs and are appropriately supported by key stakeholders.   What You’ll Do :
