Registered Behavior Technician - Part-Time (Sandy Springs, GA)

Setting : In-Home

Schedule : Monday-Friday, Afternoon Shift

Pay Range : $26 to $30 per hour

Position Overview

Flywheel Centers is hiring a compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technician to provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism. This weekday, part-time opportunity is ideal for those looking to make a meaningful impact during morning and / or afternoon hours.

Working under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed to help children build essential life skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and gain confidence in a supportive, structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in a center-based setting

Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a supervising BCBA

Accurately record data and session notes

Participate in regular supervision and clinical team meetings

Support children with compassion, patience, and professionalism

What We're Looking For

We're seeking team players who are dependable, enthusiastic, and passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative clinical setting and take pride in your role supporting both children and families.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Must be at least 18 years old

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification ( required )

Previous experience providing ABA services

Reliable transportation to and from the client's home
